My Story

I am incredibly passionate about helping people thrive, build on their strengths and increase satisfaction in life and work. Life is not a rehearsal.

I followed my passion by channeling 25+years of business and life experience into a Master’s Degree of Science in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

I am an accredited member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council Global.

My work is grounded not only in my own life and business experiences, but also scientific evidence-based practice. I have coached individuals from multiple sectors and backgrounds. What makes me different is that I combine real world practical experience with warmth and academic rigor.

I am an entrepreneur, I have worked in and with international corporates, led teams all over the world, navigated mergers and worked with/ helped develop small businesses. I have had significant volunteering roles as a charity trustee, director for Care and Wellbeing, and founder of a homeless shelter.

I coach adults and I am passionate about helping people make positive, meaningful, sustainable changes to enrich their lives, personally and professionally.

My coaching style is based on individual high-level human-to-human understanding and support, at a pace that suits you. There is no one size fits all, because YOU are complex and exceptionally unique.  

My intention is for every client to find clarity,
feel empowered, confident and inspired.

I am a Londoner, educated in the City of London, and have lived in California. 

I am adventurous, love new challenges and meeting people, as well as enjoying complete silence and the beauty of nature. 

I come from an eclectic, industrious background, with a spirit of being able to achieve anything with a strong work ethic, respect, meaningful values, warmth and humour.
